WHO AM I

Throughout my 20-year professional career, I have served as an expert in a variety of Engineering and Leadership Roles. From 2003 through 2015 I worked in the Industrial Automation and Optimization Industries.  During this time, I led manufacturing companies to higher margins by optimizing facility layouts for lean manufacturing, enhanced product flow, and reduced material handling.  In addition, I successfully led businesses in long-term strategic planning initiatives and future proofing production lines.

For several years I co-owned an engineering and integration firm.  During this time, I developed extensive business, leadership, and entrepreneurial skill-sets.  These skills enabled me to mentor & develop our employee base, establish key partnerships with suppliers, build strong relationships with customers, analyze key industry, technology & market trends, build successful strategic plans for growth, and directly increase both the top and bottom line of organizations.
